January 9th: Introduction to Tarot

After a great many requests, I’m very excited to announce that I will be teaching my first tarot class next week at Euridice Gallery next Tuesday. Details below, hope you can make it out!

***

Have you been interested in learning tarot, but unsure where to start?

Are you a novice tarot reader, hoping to enhance your knowledge?

Are you a seasoned diviner, looking to brush up on your skills?

Then good fortune is about to smile upon you…

Euridice Gallery is happy to host “Introduction to Tarot,” a new class series presented by poet and fortune teller, Cyn Grace Sylvie.

The class will focus on the origins of tarot, an overview of major and minor arcana, the suites and key symbols, how to select the perfect deck and divination materials, card purification and maintenance, and a demonstration on how to cast a traditional standard spread.

The class will focus primarily on the Rider-Waite-Smith tarot deck. Participants are highly encouraged to bring cards to enhance their education experience.

Rider-Waite-Smith tarot decks with an accompanying tin case will be available for purchase at Euridice Gallery for $30. In addition, Irene Delgado will be offering custom, handmade, one-of-a-kind tarot deck cloths and card storage bags.

All levels are welcome!
